EOS Energi

The energy platform behind energy-intensive projects in the Nordics.

We establish, structure and manage long-term power solutions for data centers, industry and other energy-intensive businesses, delivering predictable and competitive energy costs.

The market will keep swinging. Your energy cost does not have to.

Power supply requires more than a power contract.

Fifteen-minute settlement, shifting tariffs, volatile markets and increasingly complex contracts mean energy cost has to be managed actively.

Access to power

For data centers, industry and other energy-intensive projects, securing power is one of the decisive conditions. We go to market on the customer's behalf, gather and compare offers, and negotiate long-term supply on competitive terms.

Contracts require active management

A power purchase is not finished when the contract is signed. Prices, consumption and market conditions move, and an existing agreement has to be measured continuously against what the market now offers.

Energy cost is more than the power price

Spot price, hedges, imbalance, grid tariffs, duties and margins all move the real cost. Knowing what a megawatt-hour actually costs means seeing every part of it together.

Someone has to be watching

The power market moves every day. Contracts, costs and opportunities have to be dealt with as they arise, not only at budget time or renegotiation.

We structure the power purchase and manage the energy cost over time.

From PPAs and hedging strategy to continuous management and optimisation, all handled by one team.

Risk, contracts and bankability

  • Hedging and risk strategies
  • Credit and collateral structure
  • Contract architecture
  • Long-term cost modelling built for bankability
Management

Energy operations and optimisation

  • Forecasting, balancing, BRP and BSP coordination
  • Demand flexibility and reserve markets
  • Battery and hybrid solutions
  • Tariff and grid cost optimisation

Your energy function, without building the department.

We manage your power contracts, energy costs and market opportunities continuously, keeping strategy, contracts and actual consumption aligned.

Portfolio management

We track contracted volumes and prices against actual consumption and market prices, with a continuous view of open exposure, weighted energy cost, collateral and contract maturities.

Site optimisation

Intraday, reserves and flexibility. A site that can shift or reduce load can generate significant value in reserve and flexibility markets. We assess the potential, structure the solution and track the results.

Energy operations

Forecasting, balancing, grid costs and regulatory requirements are managed continuously. We coordinate with the balance responsible party and other relevant market participants to reduce imbalances and unnecessary costs.

Control and reporting

Invoice verification, cost allocation and reporting, tailored to the needs of your finance team, auditors and board.

Frequency is a commitment, not an ambition.

A power invoice can look simple. The calculation behind it is not.

Your energy cost is made up of far more than volume and price. So we do not simply check the invoice. We recalculate the cost from scratch, interval by interval and meter by meter.

ConsumptionMetered volume per interval and meter
MarketMarket prices for the relevant bidding zone
ContractsPPAs, hedges, tariffs and applicable taxes
InvoicesPower, grid and other energy costs as invoiced
Verified costWhat the month should actually have cost, line by line
The result Variance report · Settlement per contract · Verified cost per kWh · Contracted volume against open exposure · Collateral position · Flexibility revenue · Cost allocation

Around three thousand fifteen-minute intervals per meter. Every month.

All of it recalculated before a figure is accepted. Examples of discrepancies we have identified:

Incorrect settlement of hedging contracts
Margin above the agreed level
Costs invoiced without specification
Contracted volumes not matching the agreement

We do not check a sample. We recalculate the entire cost.Any discrepancies are documented and followed through until they are corrected.

More than power procurement.

Power is often the largest energy cost, but rarely the only one. Where relevant, we also handle gas, guarantees of origin, sustainability and heat recovery.

Gas and LPG

Supply agreements for gas and LPG, including fuel for backup power and on-site generation.

Guarantees of origin

Sourcing, portfolio matching and long-term procurement structures.

Sustainability reporting

Scope 2 and hourly matching, supported by audit-ready documentation.

Heat recovery

Connecting surplus heat to district heating networks and structuring the commercial offtake.

You are the only one paying us.

Independence is a claim every adviser makes, so it is worth being precise about what it means here. We have no financial incentive linked to which producer, supplier or counterparty you choose.

No commission. No rebates. No hidden incentives.

EOS receives no commission, rebate or other compensation from power producers, suppliers, brokers or other counterparties. The fee may be collected through your power supplier, but it remains the fee agreed with you and does not change depending on which supplier or counterparty you choose.

Team EOS

At EOS, advice and execution stay closely connected. The person who structures the agreement also stays with the client through ongoing management.
